John and Kay Michael of Montague are celebrating their 50th wedding anniversary on Feb. 3, 2011. An open house will be held Saturday, Jan. 29, 2-5 p.m., at the Montague United Methodist Church, 8555 Cook St., Montague. They have three children, 16 grandchildren, and three great-grandchildren.

David and Beverly Hamman of Ludington were married Aug. 20, 1960 in Schoolcraft, Michigan. She is the former Beverly Nichols. They celebrated their anniversary with a Caribbean cruise earlier this year. They will hold an open house Aug. 21 at PM Steamers.

Oscar and Geraldine “Jeri” Loxen of Ludington celebrated their 60th anniversary in March. Jeri Locke and Oscar Loxen were married March 4, 1950 at St. Simon Church. The anniversary was marked by a dinner with family at Snug Harbor Restaurant in Grand Haven.
